Pasado is independent CLE coaching and study material by Coach Danica Buco, a licensed criminologist in Bulacan, Philippines. By using this site, buying a product, or booking coaching, you agree to these terms.

What Pasado is — and isn't

Pasado offers personal coaching and original study materials to help you prepare for the Criminologist Licensure Examination. It is not an accredited review center and is not affiliated with the PRC or CHED. Nothing here is a guarantee of a passing score — preparation helps, but your result depends on you and the official examination.

Using the materials

• Everything we sell is written by Coach Danica and is for your personal study only.
• Please don't copy, resell, redistribute, or publicly post our materials, in whole or in part.
• We respect other people's work too — our content is original and never copies another center's copyrighted reviewers.

Coaching

The free 15-minute call is exactly that — free, with no obligation. Paid coaching is educational support: we map your weak subjects, build a plan, and work through it together. We'll always be honest about your gaps, and we'll never promise a score. If you need to reschedule a paid session, just let us know at least 24 hours ahead and we'll find a new time.

Prices & payment

Prices are in Philippine pesos (₱). Payments for materials are handled through PayMongo's secure checkout — GCash, Maya, or card. Coaching prices shown on the site are a starting point and are confirmed with you on the free call before you pay anything.

Refunds

Study materials (digital). Because these are digital files delivered straight to you, sales are generally final once the file has been sent. That said, we want you treated fairly — contact Coach Danica within 7 days if any of these happen, and we'll fix it or refund you:

• you paid but never received your file;
• you received the wrong file, or a file that won't open;
• you were charged more than once for the same item.

We can't offer a refund on the grounds that you didn't pass the exam: as noted above, no reviewer or coaching can guarantee a passing score, and your result depends on you and the official examination.

Coaching. The free call is never charged. For prepaid sessions, you can get a refund for any sessions you haven't used yet — we simply deduct sessions already completed. No-shows without notice may be counted as used.

None of this limits the rights you may have under Philippine consumer law for genuinely defective products.

Our materials and sessions are study aids for exam preparation. They are not legal advice and don't replace official PRC issuances, the law itself, or your own verification of current rules.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
