Pasado is independent CLE coaching and study material by Coach Danica Buco, a licensed criminologist based in Bulacan, Philippines. This notice applies to this website.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us:

• Your email address, when you submit the form to receive the free guide.
• Messages you send us, if you contact Coach Danica by phone, SMS, or messaging app.

We do not ask for or store payment details on this site. We also do not run user accounts, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

How we use it

Your email is used to send you the free guide you asked for and, occasionally, useful CLE study tips. We don't send spam, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Messages you send are used only to reply to you and help with your request.

Who processes your information

To keep the site lightweight, a few trusted third-party services help us operate:

• Web3Forms receives the free-guide form submission and delivers your email to Coach Danica's inbox. It acts as a form-handling service on our behalf.
• Payments (GCash). When you buy materials, you pay Coach Danica directly through GCash, app to app. This site never receives or stores your bank, card, or GCash login details. The payment screenshot or proof you send her by message is used only to confirm your payment and deliver your file. (If a secure card or online-checkout provider is added later, that step happens on the provider's own secure page, under their privacy terms.)
• Google Fonts supplies the site's fonts. When your browser loads a page, it connects to Google's servers to fetch the fonts, which means Google may receive your device's IP address.

We never sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.

Cookies & analytics

To understand how many people visit and which pages help, this site may use measurement tools such as Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. When active, these set cookies and share limited, mostly anonymized usage data — such as pages viewed and approximate region — with Google and Meta. The Meta Pixel may also be used to measure how well our Facebook or Instagram ads perform. They are not used to identify you personally on this site.

You're in control: most browsers let you block or delete cookies, you can install Google's official Analytics opt-out add-on, and you can adjust ad personalization in your Facebook and Google account settings.

Your rights

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise any of these, just contact Coach Danica using the details below and we'll act on your request promptly.

How long we keep it

We keep your email only for as long as you want to hear from us. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, we remove it.
